Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS, is a disease of the nerve
cells in the brain and spinal cord that control voluntary muscle
movement. ALS is also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.
I've been hearing a lot about this challenge lately. I never thought I'd actually get nominated to do it and honestly didn't care. But, then I got nominated and decided, what the heck, why not? So here it is:
